Eurobank Direktna presents you its Mobile Business Banking service. Pay on the go, quickly, easily and safely, from any place, regardless of branch working hours, with complete control over your own finances.

Mobile Business Banking offers you the following possibilities:

  • Perform domestic payments and transfer between your own accounts
  • Check the balance and turnover of all your accounts
  • Download statements of dinar accounts, in the format of your choice
  • Send a confirmation of the turnover of your dinar account for a specific time period to the e-mail address you register in the system
  • Sending a confirmation of order details to the e-mail address you register in the system
  • Allocate different levels of authorization to authorized users (only view or view and pay)
  • Set up an order with a future date
  • Enter orders easily by creating templates or make a new order by copying an existing one
  • Customize the application to your needs changing the name of your account, your transaction confirmation PIN or your log-in password
  • Check the expiry date of your current account overdraft
  • Search the map of Eurobank Direktna ATMs and branches

The application is available for mobile phones with Android, IOS and Windows Mobile operating systems.

You can ask for the Mobile Business application in any Eurobank Direktna branch throughout Serbia. All you need is a business account at Eurobank Direktna a.d.

The commission for processing a payment is charged according to the applicable Price list of fees for Eurobank Direktna services, as an e-Banking service.

When you register for the mobile banking service at the branch you will receive a greeting SMS to the number you registered, and a safety letter (PIN mailer). After this, you should download the application “Eurobank Direktna m-B@nking” from Google Play Store/App Store/Windows Store depending on the operating system of your mobile device (Android/IOS/Windows), and then enter “Access password” from your safety letter and create your own password, which you will use for each new access. When accessing the application, always log in with a personal CIF and then choose the profile of a natural or legal person.

Security for our clients in their banking operations has been our top priority in developing our Mobile Banking application. The Eurobank Direktna m-B@nking application is designed never to store your financial data or your password on the device. You receive passwords for logging in or creating domestic transactions through a safety letter, (a PIN mailer with the same technology as with credit cards), and these are available only to you.

To increase the security and protection of your confidential access data, you can change the user password for logging into the application, or change the transaction confirmation pin.

When you register for Mobile Business Banking services you can define the authorizations of each user, choosing who has the right only to view, who may also make payments and the level of their transaction limit. With each change of password, status or user rights for each user profile, the application sends you a notification mail about the change.

When making payments from a device, authorized users, in line with their authorization, can check the turnover and balance on several different devices, while creating and signing a domestic payment order is possible exclusively from one of their devices, further preventing the possibility of misuse. The user can independently change the payment device by using the code from the safety letter.

The application also offers the option of sending a confirmation of an executed transaction to the e-mail address provided during registration.
