The National PET Centre officially opened

Today, Serbian president Boris Tadić and Serbian Minister of Health, Prof. Dr Tomica Milosavljević have officially opened the National PET Centre, a state-of-the-art centre for early diagnosis and treatment of malignant diseases.

Today, Serbian president Boris Tadić and Serbian Minister of Health, Prof. Dr Tomica Milosavljević have officially opened the National PET Centre, a state-of-the-art centre for early diagnosis and treatment of malignant diseases.

Approximately 5 millions Euros have been provided from funds allocated from the budget of the Republic of Serbia and financial support of Eurobank EFG through a EUR1m worth of donation for construction and equipment of the National PET Centre that is to be situated on the premises of the Clinical Centre of Serbia. The donation from Eurobank EFG is part of the Bank’s CSR program, which so far has contibuted more than EUR3m in Serbia in the areas of education, inclusive society, health care and environment.
